Social Work Supervisor & Alternate Program Administrator

Atlantic Health Strategies™ offers a fully remote position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New Jersey. The role involves providing professional supervision to social work staff and serving as the facility’s Alternate Program Administrator. There is no patient caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to social work staff and ensure all documentation meets professional and state standards.
  • Review and approve biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for quality oversight.
  • Participate in compliance and quality‑improvement meetings to support the integrity and effectiveness of clinical services.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Program Administrator to discuss staff development, documentation trends, and regulatory readiness.
  • Oversee adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality standards, and patient rights.
  • Serve as the Alternate Program Administrator when needed, providing interim administrative oversight of daily operations, staff coordination, and compliance functions.
  • Participate in periodic audits or surveys to ensure continued program compliance and quality performance.
Qualifications
  • Active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing (required).
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
  • Strong understanding of documentation standards, multidisciplinary collaboration, and behavioral health compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with structured check‑ins and timely correspondence.
