EB Pediatric Resources has been providing therapy to special needs children in Chicago for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced pediatric Physical Therapist to provide clinical services to a pediatric population at our clinics in Chicago for children ages 0-8 years. We have openings for both full-time employment status or flex-time PRN status.

• Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients
• Provide physical therapy services to EBPR clients, across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings
• Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
• Attend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed

• Current Illinois licensure
• Maintain standing with APTA/IPTA and current certification with DHS/EI
