Two Shift Options – Choose What Fits You:

• Day Shift (8am–5pm CST):
  Adolescents & Adults (Ages 15+)
• Afternoon Shift (12pm–8pm CST):
  Children, Adolescents & Adults (Ages 6+)

We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Minnesota-based partners.

As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you ll:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders
• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

• Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient care
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk (Day or Afternoon Shifts)
• Patient Population:
  Day Shift: Ages 15+ or Afternoon Shift: Ages 6+
• Caseload: 5–6 sessions per day
• Appointments:
  Follow-ups appointments are 60 mins

• Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LPCC or LICSW preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience with Smart Care a plus!)
