The Senior Manager, Compliance will build and manage strategic partnerships with internal business units toward a common goal of enterprise-wide compliance excellence. The Senior Manager, Compliance will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and will have a diverse range of responsibilities associated with interpretation of state and federal regulations related to health care and Medicare Advantage Plans, improving collaboration and other aspects of embodying a culture of compliance.
This is a challenging role will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing strategic compliance initiatives.
- Drive/support AHP’s operational compliance programs and initiatives to identify and mitigate risk‑assessed compliance priorities. Build capacity and capability to work across multiple areas of compliance.
- Design and perform comprehensive and independent audits and reviews of critical elements of AHP’s compliance work plan; propose and drive implementation of practical solutions to enhance the program, as applicable
- Develop and execute plans to raise business awareness at the appropriate level of compliance issues. Facilitate ongoing communication with business teams.
- Ensure timely and adequate resolution of Corrective Action Plans
- Use influencing skills to help gain buy‑in from business owners on new processes and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across all projects
- Build and maintain strong business relationships, working to partner cross‑functionally to understand and address needs and roadblocks and facilitate change as appropriate.
- Collaborate with AHP’s Delegation Oversight monitoring and auditing resources to create appropriate monitoring and auditing plans, remediation and to support investigations.

Minimum Experience7 years’ experience in a risk, regulatory, audit, with strong preference for experience in the Healthcare industry.
Education/LicensureMust have a BS/BA degree
OtherStrong communications and presentation skills, with superb ability to drive change.
Extensive knowledge and experience in operationalizing compliance programs; ability to independently design and build meaningful dashboards and metrics to drive process rigor.
