Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW - Milford, MA; REMOTE

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) $70K-85K/yr

To combat the mental health crisis, we need compassionate clinicians to join our cause. We provide support, flexibility, and a multi-disciplinary team to help you focus on patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create treatment plans, and document accordingly.
• Provide excellent client care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
• Maintain 32 patient care hours per week for Full-Time status.
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
