We aim to provide a thriving customer experience to the clients we serve in the Long-Term Care sector. Preferably, a candidate with experience in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) related to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathologist disciplines. Multi-site management experience is preferred but not required; must be Physical Therapist or Licensed Assistant, Occupational Therapist or Licensed Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist/CCC

Job Position: Regional Director of Operations
Job Type: Full Time;
Remote position with travel required

This role provides extensive training, analysis, advice and consultation to the facilities and teams within the Northeast United States. It involves monitoring, consulting, and making recommendations to modify existing facility processes, systems, policies, and practices to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant rehab oversight and payment performance.

• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies for therapy, specifically PDPM (preferred)
• Provide consultation, training, and support for the assigned area
• Analyze systems and processes to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, endorse changes, and follow up to ensure recommendations are implemented and monitored
• Promote compliance by performing periodic audits of assessments, supporting documentation, and other relevant data
• Recognize and promote facility best practices and systems
• Working knowledge of Medicare rules, regulations, and billing codes
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Therapist with degree from an accredited program and license in the state of employment
• Three to five years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting, including supervisory/administrative/consultative roles
• Prior multi-site management with experience in clinical processes, training and mentoring
• Current knowledge of computer technology and systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with teams internally and externally
• Extensive knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance, and eligibility
• Experience with Net Health, Point Click Care  documentation systems
• Based in Pennsylvania
• Active therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA)
