We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join the clinical team in East Madison, an ideal opportunity for BCBAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care while being supported by transparent leadership, protected from burnout, and empowered with a strong clinician voice.

- Salary range $75,000 to $90,000 base based on experience
- Thoughtfully structured caseloads of 6 to 9 learners
- 25 hour weekly billable expectation
- 2 remote work days per month with opportunities to earn additional flexibility
- Up to $9,000 annual bonus opportunity

- Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
- Value ethical, client centered ABA over high volume caseloads
