As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health – Glendale, you will be crucial in providing comprehensive mental health services in a safe and warm environment. You will work collaboratively with clients to assess their mental health needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and therapy.

The following package is based on working full-time (25 clients per week):
- Base yearly salary range: $80,000.00 – $115,000 (depending on qualifications and total client caseload).

Notes about the Compensation Package:
Seeing 25 clients per week or more is considered “full time”. Benefits & 401(k) are only available to full-time therapists. As a salaried employee, you are expected to work a 40-hour week, with a minimum of 25 hours dedicated to face-to-face client work and 15 hours dedicated to areas including, but not limited to, client care, chart maintenance, meetings, outreach, social media, presentations, and training.
As a startup company, client outreach is an essential component of the position, helping to build caseloads and brand awareness. Please be prepared to discuss this in the interview as well.
