• Be a vital part of the patient experience by helping patients feel supported from their first call
• Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call
• Transition to a remote work environment after successful completion of training period (usually 2 weeks or more at Corporate office)

• Schedule a variety of radiologic exams accurately and professionally for patients and referring physician practices
• Provide exceptional customer service while handling patient calls with clarity, patience, and empathy
• Use a Windows-based, color-coded scheduling system to book and manage appointments
• Support patients by answering questions and ensuring they understand next steps

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others
• Call center experience preferred; healthcare or health insurance call center experience strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems
