Virtual Physician Assistant - WA, CA, or AZ Licensed

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. We care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through advanced technology and a team-based approach. Our team is united by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a mission to transform healthcare and bring world-class primary care to everyone.

• Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Applying your clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually

• Completed an accredited PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), or
• 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+)
• Currently licensed in WA or CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from 1pm–12am PST, alternating week schedule
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Desire to be an integral part of a team changing healthcare delivery
• Openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight
• Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
• Willingness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs

This is a full-time virtual role.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50 per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these qualifications and requirements.
