Overview

A fantastic opportunity to become the Team Manager of the Salford Older Adult Community Mental Health Services. This is a well-staffed, integrated team comprising a wide variety of professionals, enabling effective and efficient delivery of high-quality services.

The post is to be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focused, and recovery-oriented to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, ensuring delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (functional or organic) as outlined within the OACMHT standard operational procedure.

Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community-based secondary mental health services.

Participate in the service bronze on-site / on-call rota as required.
