Position: Speech Language Pathologist / SLP – Home-Based Communication & Swallowing Expert

Salary: $65.00 – $120.00 per visit

Job Type: Part-Time and Per Diem

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

• Provide individualized speech, language, and swallowing therapy in clients’ homes
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and create tailored treatment plans
• Offer functional communication and cognitive-linguistic training
• Educate clients and caregivers on strategies that reinforce progress and safety
• Document services using EMR and communicate with the care team as needed

• Current Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with EMR preferred
• Passion for patient-centered, one-on-one home care

• Earn $65–$120 per visit with flexible PRN and part-time scheduling
