- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
- Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
- Competitive compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
- Student loan repayment assistance/refinancing – Receive $3,000 annually through GRADIFI and consolidate loans at a competitive rate
