This is a full-time hybrid position for a Mental Health Therapist. The selected candidate will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, and conduct client assessments. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with other mental health professionals, and providing crisis intervention when necessary. While the role is based in Antioch, CA, some work-from-home flexibility is offered.

• Strong skills in therapeutic practices, including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities
• Compassion, empathy, and a client-focused approach
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in California
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies is an advantage
• Experience in a clinical or community mental health setting is preferred
