Your Role in Our Mission

In this role, you will support the Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the department while helping drive efficiency, quality, and team performance.

  • Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operational activities and departmental priorities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational or employee-related issues.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, and operational updates to leadership.
  • Support the management of workflows and ensure internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Administer and reinforce departmental and corporate policies in alignment with company values and standards.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures, schedules, and workflow documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience
  • Paralegal or Medicaid experience
  • Trust experience preferred
  • Self-starter with strong responsiveness, the ability to effectively train others, adaptability to change, and strong prioritization skills to manage urgent versus important tasks.

What You Should Expect in This Role

  • Remote position – open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
  • Schedule:

    Monday through Friday with flexible working hours.
  • Video camera usage is required for all interviews and during the first week of orientation.
  • Reliable broadband internet is required with minimum speeds of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload (higher speeds recommended).
  • Internet speed can be verified by searching “Internet Speed Test” on Google.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining productivity and communication standards.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00-$46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
