Pay rate is a split rate that includes an on-call work from home rate and Regular rate.

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and assess for safety during a crisis situation
• The ability to use solution focused intervention skills and provide resource linkage.
• Be able to quickly build rapport and have effective communication skills.

We provide an 8 week training course so that you feel empowered to assist individuals through their Mental Health Crisis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, behavioral health, social service or like field.
• Applicants must be within 60 minutes of Fulton County Medical Center
• The position requires three clearances and a training certificate:
  Pennsylvania Child Line Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check and Mandated Reporting training
