• Minimum educational requirement:
  Associate s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of Project Management or Program Management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• 3-5 years of Project Management or Program Management experience in a managed care environment
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with creating Business Requirements Documents and Test Plans
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
