• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare‑related role

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare software

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in healthcare management or related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior experience in patient advocacy or support roles
