Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Hawaii

This LMHC role focuses on providing consistent, high-quality outpatient mental health services to adults through telehealth. You will manage a steady caseload, deliver practical interventions, and support clients in building coping strategies that translate into real-life progress.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Document clinical sessions in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participate in clinical consultations and quality improvement efforts
• Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards

• Active Hawaii LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
• At least 2 years of independent clinical practice experience
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth delivery
