We're seeking full-time Clinical Supervisors who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or eligible to sit for the exam within the next two months. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly work with children with autism using ABA/VB approach
- Supervise staff implementing ABA programs
- Conduct ABA language-based assessments
- Develop ABA acquisition programs
- Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Train caregivers and staff
- Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible to sit for the exam
- Minimum one year of supervised experience in ABA program development and implementation
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
