Toskanimed US is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed aesthetician in Texas, and available to travel as needed. This role involves a blend of office-based, home-based, and travel work, supporting our clients in integrating and maximizing the use of TOSKANIMED products in their aesthetic practices.

• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the proper use of Toskanimed products, focusing on best practices, product application, and patient consultation techniques.
• Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to client needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of product capabilities and benefits.
• Identifying needs and opportunities from providers by asking questions, interacting and understanding the market.
• Attend and support client events, Toskanimed educational eventto offer expertise and assistance as needed.

• Regularly provide insights and feedback to the TOSKANIMED Educational Team Led to enhance the practice development program.
• Work closely with the local sales team to support accounts.

• Must be a licensed esthetician with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in a Med Spa clinic.
• Sales background is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and digital marketing channels relevant to the aesthetics industry.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Energetic, creative, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Charismatic and capable of quickly building trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
