• Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets for new business acquisition and revenue expansion
• Identify and engage high‑potential customers and key stakeholders within client organizations
• Maintain a robust and well‑qualified sales pipeline to support revenue goals
• Lead customer engagements, including discovery calls, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to align strategies and deliver value

• Associate's Degree plus 7‑10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9‑12 years of work experience
• Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven relationship‑building and negotiation abilities

• Demonstrated drive for results and effective sales strategy development
• Experience with multi-channel selling, both virtually and in‑person
• Prior experience in a consultative sales approach within the healthcare industry
