  We know that clinical documentation can be extremely cumbersome. At Charlie Health, providers have access to an AI-powered virtual scribe that streamlines clinical documentation and summarizes key points of client sessions.

Given the exceptional growth of its business, Charlie Health is adding a part‑time Psychiatrist to the team to serve as our Short‑Term Disability (STD) certifying provider who can support STD requirements for Charlie Health patients clinically appropriate for medical leave. This physician will review clinical records, perform telehealth assessments to confirm functional impairment related to behavioral health conditions, and complete required employer documentation, working closely with our clinical and care‑coordination teams to deliver fast, compliant decisions.

The part-time Psychiatrist will partner with our Medical Directors, Chief Clinical Officer, and the rest of the medical team to assure the highest quality of patient care, including comprehensive evaluations and patient consultations, while ensuring compliance with medical and clinical policies and procedures.
