A leading provider of autism care is seeking a Division Clinical Director to oversee clinical quality across multiple states. This role requires a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and at least 5 years of ABA experience. Responsibilities include ensuring operational KPIs are met, hiring and supervising clinical staff, and leading team meetings. The position allows for remote work in DE, NJ, PA, and MD, and requires travel 25-50% of the time.
