Job Description
At Life Stance Health, we are a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults in outpatient care settings. We employ psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
OverviewWe are currently seeking Licensed or License-eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) to offer services to our clients in our outpatient group office. Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders as well as behavioral, social, and emotional struggles. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office as well as working in one of our office locations.

: $115,000-$147,000
Qualifications:
Licensed or license-eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD). Experience with evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders; and behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical services to clients in an outpatient group office setting. Participate in telehealth as part of a hybrid schedule. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a supportive office culture. Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional compensation and have opportunities to run groups. Engage in clinical and non-clinical duties as part of the clinic infrastructure to maintain a busy practice.

Our practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, robust risk management support, APA-approved continuing education in house. We also have talented support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and collection of payments. We perform essential, non-billable clinical and administrative functions that support a bustling practice so you can focus on clinical work.
