The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging activities. This part-time role involves working closely with families in a supportive and collaborative environment, with ongoing training and opportunities for career growth toward becoming a BCBA. Candidates must hold an active RBT certification, have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with children.

We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with young children diagnosed with autism.

• Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play-based activities.

• Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high-quality ABA services.

• Part-time schedule: 9–15 hours per week, typically afternoons (3–7pm preferred).

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred).

• Active RBT Certification.

• Genuine passion for working with children.

• Willingness to learn and grow.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families.
