Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide home-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans to improve behavioral, social, and daily living skills. The role requires compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with some travel to client homes necessary. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT is responsible to implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Benefits:

Behavior Technician (R/BT) Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities

  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
