Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Total Care ABA - Indiana summary:

Provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, implementing individualized treatment and skill acquisition programs, documenting progress, and managing challenging behaviors. Communicates with families, travels to clients' homes or community settings as needed, and participates in ongoing training and professional development. The Registered Behavior Technician will:

· Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1

· Communicate professionally with families.

· Accurately keep record of client’s progress.

· Manage challenging behaviors that occur.

· Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan

· Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.

· Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

Pay

$18.00 - $27.00 per hour
