Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Total Care ABA - Indiana summary:

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, implementing individualized treatment and skill acquisition programs while managing challenging behaviors and documenting progress. Communicate professionally with families, travel to client homes and community settings as needed, and participate in initial and ongoing training including RBT certification training provided. Positions are full- or part-time with variable shifts, benefits, and pay range of $20–$30/hr.

The Behavior Technician will:

· Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1

· Communicate professionally with families.

· Accurately keep record of client’s progress.

· Manage challenging behaviors that occur.

· Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan

· Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.

· Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
