Position Requirements
High School,

work experience Receive daily assigned patient cases/schedules with details such as patient name, date of service, hospital/facility name, and contact information.
- Place outbound phone calls to designated hospitals, billing departments, or patient financial services offices during assigned work hours.
- Follow provided scripts and verification protocols to professionally request and confirm the total sum/amount charged (or final billed amount) for the patient's healthcare services/procedure/stay.
- Clearly document the confirmed total amount, date of confirmation, name/title of the hospital representative spoken to, and any relevant notes or reference numbers.
- Report any issues (e.g., unable to reach department, additional documentation needed, discrepancies) promptly to your supervisor.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient health and financial information in compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Meet daily/weekly call quotas and accuracy standards while delivering courteous, professional service.
- Update case status in our internal system or spreadsheet in real time after each confirmation.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, team meetings, and quality audits (via video call).
