• Lead and manage a high‑performing client success team to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Establish and maintain key client relationships, overseeing the day‑to‑day client success operations
• Act as a key advisor in strategic business planning and execution for the employer
• Monitor and exceed service line KPIs, implementing changes to enhance client satisfaction
• Identify strategic business opportunities within the existing client base for growth

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams in a healthcare setting
• Basic proficiency with computer applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders

• Proven track record of success in client success or account management roles within the healthcare industry
• Experience in revenue cycle management or related healthcare services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
