• Answer inbound calls from the existing patient base and assist with general inquiries

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections activities or customer service
• Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
• Familiarity with pharmacy services and benefit management
• Proficiency in using multiple software programs
