OverviewAssess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Interest in designing and evaluating an efficient health care system in a community health center setting. Authoritative knowledge of the principles of practice, principles of general management and specifically in personal management and techniques in running a chiropractic practice in a community health center setting.
Responsibilities- Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions by accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
- Provide effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
- Initiate (required actions as determined by clinical protocol)
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Doctorate Degree
- Three years of Chiropractic experience preferred. Graduate from an accredited chiropractic school.
- One year full-time post graduate residency.
- Must have a valid and unrestricted License in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Chiropractic License (Required)
