At Opti Mind Health , we are looking for licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our team. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care services in our communities. We prioritize supporting our clinicians so they can focus on patient care. Our compensation packages are competitive and include benefits such as a starting salary range of $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, health care benefits, generous paid time off, and full administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines
- Comfort working with clients with diverse problems or concerns
- Ability to pass a background check
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients
Additional Qualifications (not essential):
- Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health
- Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency
- Specialty area of practice
