Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Golden, CO (REMOTE)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $62K-80K/yr

Position Requirement:
Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

At Opti Mind Health , we are looking for licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our team. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care services in our communities. We prioritize supporting our clinicians so they can focus on patient care. Our compensation packages are competitive and include benefits such as a starting salary range of $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, health care benefits, generous paid time off, and full administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans
  • Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status
  • Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines
  • Comfort working with clients with diverse problems or concerns
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients

Additional Qualifications (not essential):

  • Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health
  • Currently paneled or credentialed with insurance network
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency
  • Specialty area of practice
