Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62K-80K/yr

Our team-centric approach allows clinicians to focus on patient care while we handle administrative tasks. We offer competitive compensation packages and prioritize clinician experience.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create treatment plans, and complete documentation.
• Provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
• Maintain at least 32 hours per week for patient care.
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.

Additional Valuable

Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
