Diced is looking for a passionate Health Coach to join our innovative team remotely. This full-time, remote position offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire and guide our clients on their journey to healthier living within the vibrant restaurant industry.
As a Health Coach, you will play a crucial role in promoting wellness and nutrition by providing personalized coaching sessions, designing tailored meal plans, and supporting our clients in achieving their health goals. You will be an integral part of our mission to create a healthier community while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $58 - $62, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Responsibilities- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their health and wellness goals
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual needs and preferences
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients through regular follow-ups
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create nutritious meal options
- Organize and lead workshops or seminars on health and wellness topics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in health and nutrition
- Certification as a Health Coach or in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in health coaching or nutrition counseling
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health goals
- Proficiency in using digital tools for remote coaching
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for health, wellness, and the restaurant industry
