• Gather applications from carriers and guide clients on completing required paperwork
• Communicate final approval from carriers to clients, including welcome letters and plan details
• Manage database documentation and account information within Microsoft CRM
• Maintain communication logs and track email correspondence in CRM
• Build rapport with carrier contacts to ensure accurate and expedient case submissions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to relate to diverse individuals and personalities
• Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Bachelor s degree
• Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage
• Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs
• Familiarity with database applications
• Health & Life License
