Position: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Arvada, CO (REMOTE)

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62K-80K/yr

Position Requirement:
Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

At Opti Mind Health , we are looking for compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our team to provide high-quality mental health care services. We offer excellent compensation, benefits, training/supervision, and flexibility whether working remotely or in our physical offices. Our compensation packages include:

  • Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
  • 401K with maximum employee matching.

  • Paid administrative time for consultation, supervision, and documentation.
  • Full administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
  • Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
  • Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Additional Qualifications (not essential):

  • Experience in mental health practice settings.
  • Current insurance network credentialing.
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
  • Specialty area of practice.
