Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) $62K-80K/yr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfort working with diverse clients and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Paneling or credentialing with insurance networks.
• Multilingual proficiency or specialty area of practice.
