Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62K-80K/yr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent care for clients, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
• Prepare and submit documentation, maintain available hours for patient care, coordinate services, and attend clinical meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Comfort working with diverse clients and ability to pass a background check.
• Model stable boundaries with clients.

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, specialty practice area.
