Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K/yr

• Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Comfort working with diverse client concerns and passing a background check.

• Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
