Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Arvada, CO (REMOTE)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) $62K-80K/yr

Position Requirement:
Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

Our approach is to support clinicians so they can focus on patients. We handle administrative tasks, allowing you to be fully present with patients.

  • Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
  • Prepare and submit session documentation.
  • Maintain at least 32 hours for patient care per week (Full-Time).
  • Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working with diverse clients.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Model stable boundaries with clients.

Additional Valuable

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mental health practice.
  • Currently paneled with insurance network.
  • Multilingual proficiency.
  • Specialty area of practice.
