- Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
Additionally Valuable Qualifications:
- Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice.
