- Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and complete necessary documentation.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team to fill gaps in the community.
- Utilize interventions creatively to help clients achieve goals.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
- Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively, and pass a background check.
- Comfort working with diverse client concerns and demonstrating appropriate boundaries.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
