What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and manage end‑to‑end business growth opportunities within the healthcare payer segment, focusing on government‑sponsored plans
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders in healthcare payer organizations
  • Design and launch successful partnerships with healthcare payers, taking full ownership of projects
  • Drive revenue growth through establishing and expanding strategic partnerships in alignment with revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships tailored to the healthcare payer market
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience as a sales executive with a track record of closing large, complex deals within the healthcare payer segment
  • Demonstrated excellence in presenting and public speaking, both in‑person and virtually
  • Strong ability to advocate for customers and meet their needs
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and adapt to new challenges with minimal oversight
  • Experience selling Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) programs/services and telehealth services to healthcare payers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proficiency in lead generation and qualification, with the ability to convey the full portfolio of company services
  • Expertise in deal flow management and understanding variables impacting deal outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on deliverables and risk mitigation
  • Subject matter expertise in the healthcare payer segment, with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
