ResponsibilitiesWe are recruiting for the position of Regional Operations Officer (ROO).
As the ROO, you will be responsible for the overall growth of quality and financially viable rehabilitation programs for the designated segment. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor rehab business, as well as develop and evaluate the effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.
Regional Operations Officer for Rehab Services will manage the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing rehab departments within the market region of Western Kentucky (11–14 locations) with extensive travel. Must be a licensed PT, OT, or SLP and have a minimum of 5 years multi-site experience. The ideal candidate will be located in Western Kentucky.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy (OTR), Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Physical Therapy (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with their Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years management experience in long term care, with P&L responsibility.
- Desire to work with a resident population of skilled nursing facilities.
- Possess excellent clinical management skills, interpersonal skills, leadership and organizational skills necessary to manage, through others, the total operations of a rehabilitation department.
