Remote Medical Receptionist – Rubix Health (AJSD)

Location: Remote (Michigan residents only) | Full-Time

Rubix Health (AJSD) is looking for a Remote Medical Receptionist to join our team supporting both the Pain Management and Behavioral Health clinic. This is a fully remote position where you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in supporting administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage patient referrals and coordinate with clinical teams
• Verify health insurance information
• Schedule appointments and patient evaluations
• Retrieve and manage faxes
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and providers

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a front desk or administrative support role in healthcare
• Experience in Pain Management or Behavioral Health is a plus
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Tebra preferred) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Private workspace with reliable internet and your own device (laptop or desktop)
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
