Overview
AUSTIN-BASED REMOTE OPPORTUNITY: We are hiring a BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Call Center Patient Service Specialist to join our care team in a remote role. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will deliver exceptional customer service and compassionate support over the phone.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, maintains a professional phone presence, and is genuinely passionate about helping others navigate their care experience.
This is a fast-paced position that requires multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with our healthcare team to streamline patient services and coordinate care effectively.

Hours And Location- Weekdays M
- F. - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 60-minute lunch.
- 2-Week Minimum

- Greet patients and answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
- Assist patients with registration and insurance verification processes.
- Respond to patient emails and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication of patient needs.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in the electronic health record system.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
- Complete other assigned duties as assigned.
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods while working remotely.
- Reliable internet connectivity is the employee’s responsibility to ensure smooth and uninterrupted work.
- Occasional onsite presence may be required for meetings, training, or specific tasks, with prior notice provided.
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to maintain productivity and professionalism during remote work hours.
- Proficient with computers - advanced skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Communication:
Friendly, clear, approachable, and persuasive. - Experience with EMR systems, ideally e-Clinical Works.
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to excellence.
- A warm smile that patients can hear, along with a true passion for helping others.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging calls with ease.
