Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) $70K-85K/yr

• Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
• Provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
• Complete documentation and maintain 32 patient care hours per week.
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical staff meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
