Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to adults and families across New York. This role focuses on structured telehealth sessions, clear treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up. Your day will revolve around direct client care, documentation, and coordination with the broader care team.

• Provide individual and, when appropriate, family therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and safety screenings.
• Develop and update treatment plans with specific, measurable goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with primary care, psychiatry, and community resources to support continuity of care.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in New York State.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health.
• Experience providing care through telehealth platforms preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
